Create Longridge is an annual creative arts event baed in Longridge, near Preston. The centrepiece of the event is a painting competition open to professionals and amateurs alike. The proposal is to have artists creating new, original artwork within a 3 mile radius of Longridge town centre, in one day, featuring the fabulous countryside, the historic architecture or the wonderful people. Prizes of up to £2,000 are available to participating artists.
