Hi! My abstract paintings are unusual, often with themes of hidden emotions and thoughts. Because each piece is so different people are often surprised that they are created by the same artist! They are inspired by our feelings, emotions, and thoughts – aspects of being a human that are difficult to put into words. They are both ‘macro’ (what is going on inside ourselves) and ‘macro’ (what is the wider world of weather, landscape, world events, and the cosmos). I work intuitively with an emphasis on colour and texture and constantly experiment (hence the variety). In addition to working with physical materials I also work digitally – creating on my ipad, and also developing materially created artwork.

Over the last twenty seven years I have been selling my original paintings, digital art, photographs, & cards. I have had many solo & group exhibitions in Cumbria, Lancashire and London.
