Green Door Art Trail 2023

The Art Trail is our annual showcase for members’ work across a wide range of disciplines including textiles, painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, stoneware, pastels and mixed media. It is the highlight of our year and an occasion to browse and buy a beautiful piece of unique art that is locally created.
The 2023 Green Door Art Trail took place from Friday 29 September to Sunday 1 October with artists opening their homes or studios, or exhibiting in our small group venues. This popular annual event, provided the opportunity to see an extensive and varied range of work from artists both contemporary and traditional.
Trail venues were located across South Cumbria from Kendal, down to Milnthorpe and then across to Lindale and Newby Bridge. Group venues were at the Athenaeum at Leasgill near Milnthorpe, Space2Create in Kendal and into northern areas of Westmorland at Shap and Ousby.
