You can see this new exhibition at Rheged until 4 September. As well as featuring lithographic prints of the papercuts Matisse did in the last four years of his life the wider Gallery features 200 artworks by 42 leading British Paper Artists including animation, origami, fashion, collage, 3-D sculpture and paper cuts, many of which are for sale.
Elizabeth Shorrock was thrilled to be invited to exhibit several of her type cases filled with miniature books. The ones she has chosen are all made from old , well-loved children’s stories.
